  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    We will dispatch your order within 1-3 business days. Please allow a further 1-3 business days for transit (within Australia)

  • What are your delivery options?

    We will determine the best options for you. If it is a small parcel, we normally use Australia Post and we will use courier/ freight companies for bigger parcels.

  • Am I allowed to modify or cancel my order?

    Yes, you can modify or cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please send us an email at info@noelleaustralia.com.au to check your order status.

  • I have not received my order, what can I do?

    Please send us an email to info@noelleaustralia.com.au quoting your order number.

  • My order was received damaged, what can I do?

    If your order was damaged during transit, please send a photo of the broken item(s) to info@noelleaustralia.com.au for our records and we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Can I return my order if I am not happy with it?

    Please choose your order carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If the product is defective or damaged in transit, it will be handled as mentioned above.
